The Kush Cannabis Jobs Index aggregates active, publicly-posted cannabis and marijuana job listings from real employer career pages and applicant-tracking systems. Counts reflect currently-open roles only (0 list a salary range) and update hourly as postings are added or filled. Figures are a live market snapshot, not a seasonally-adjusted economic estimate.
