These terms govern your use of Kush. By using the site, you agree to them. Please read the disclaimers in Sections 3 and 8 carefully.
1. Who we are & eligibility
Kush is operated by Kush Media, Inc. (“Kush,” “we,” “us”). The site is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By using Kush you represent that you are 21 or older and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The jobs board
Our jobs board aggregates listings from public employer career pages and third-party sources, and accepts postings submitted by employers. We provide this as a convenience and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legitimacy of any listing, and we are not the employer for any role. When you apply, you apply directly with the employer on their own site and under their terms. Kush is not a party to, and is not responsible for, your application, hiring, employment, or any dealings with employers. We do not guarantee that any listing will lead to an interview or job.
3. Informational content — not professional advice
Our news, culture, strain, glossary, legal-status, and other content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently; nothing on Kush should be relied on to determine what is legal where you are. Cannabis is an intoxicating substance — consume responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. Always consult a qualified professional, and verify legal status with official sources, before acting on anything you read here.
4. Your submissions
If you submit content — such as a job posting, an advertising inquiry, or your details through the apply form — you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate and lawful. You grant Kush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the service. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
5. Advertising, sponsorship & affiliate links
Kush is supported by advertising. Some content is sponsored or contains affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click or buy. We label sponsored and affiliate content, and advertising does not influence our editorial coverage. Advertisements and third-party products are the responsibility of their providers, not Kush.
6. Payments
Paid features (such as featured job listings) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are shown before purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees for listings that have gone live are non-refundable; if something goes wrong, contact us at hello@kush.co and we’ll work it out in good faith.
7. Acceptable use & intellectual property
The Kush name, content, and design are owned by Kush or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the site except as permitted by law or with our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kush and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, the jobs board, or any content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or US $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kush harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites, including employers’ application pages. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Note that cannabis remains regulated differently across federal and state law; nothing in these Terms is intended to require or encourage any unlawful activity.
