Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the values of integrity, safety, quality, service, and innovation.
Provide accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Teamwork for the employees and processes, reporting on KPI’s daily, monthly, and quarterly.
Design, create, implement, and improve process procedures in the department.
Provide leadership and guidance to Leads to ensure daily/weekly operations, productivity, and quality goals are met.
Assist Manager with coaching and counseling, or other documentation to maintain consistency and accountability.
Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs set forth by upper management, state, and company requirements.
Provide direction to Technicians and Drivers on daily/weekly delivery schedules and changes.
Perform counts and quality checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
File claims when defective products are discovered.
Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.
Pick and pack orders for shipments, verifying correct quantities per order.
Create and maintain delivery schedule and coordinate with locations.
Coordinate with other departments and maintain accurate inventory.
Work in a team setting.
Fill out compliance forms on a regular basis.
Communicate with internal and third-party customers to give order updates, delivery communications, and assist in customer issues.
Maintain and build Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide mentorship for the Leads, developing them professionally.
Assist in the training of new Leads and Technicians.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Review and maintain processing supplies; submit orders to the Vault Manager for replacements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Vault Manager or other upper management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required 2-4 years of experience in
cannabis in same or similar role.
High School Diploma or equivalent
High attention to detail while multi-tasking
Ability to maintain accurate data and logs
Good Communication Skills
Ability to follow direction
Computer Skills
Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to lift 50lbs
